Please note:
Any person wishing to speak, must submit the form by no later than the close of business three days (72 hours) before the meeting. (This will normally be Monday 4pm for a Thursday 4pm meeting).
Forms will only be accepted for items on the published Planning Committee agenda.
Forms submitted prior to the Committee date being confirmed, via our website, will not be accepted.
